Silver Star Series Outboards. After start the port (counterrotating) engine will spit every few seconds and stall a number of time during intial start/run. When hitting the key primer or putting in gear under load the engine stops spitting. Local mechanic says it's running lean. Can the engine fuel mixture be adjusted? The starboard ( clockwise rotation) engine does not have the same problem.
