Twin outboard steering, single or dual??

I'm repowering my 30' Intrepid cuddy with twin Yamaha F250s (standard/counter). It'll probably have a top speed somewhere between 50-60mph and will be used mostly for off shore running in maybe 6ft seas.

Is there any advantage in using twin steering cylinders over a single cylinder?
