Two questions

Hope im in the right spot :%


1. I own a Seafox 230 for somereason the box where the main switches are held arent working correctly. Only some of the switches actually work like the aerator pump Nav lights Bulge and ACC. The horn cabin lights etc do not work. I cannot find a fusebox anywhere. The manuel of the boat does not speak of a fusebox either. :'( Some help anyone?


2. I have a Mercury engine. But living in florida peels the stickers away, anyone know where i can get new stickers for it?

Seafox - welcome aboard iboats. Question 1 would probably be better under the electrical forum, but I will give you a short answer here. Fuse box is generally either close to the battery or close to the instrument panel (where the switches & gauges are). You just kind of have to follow the wires 'til you find it then pull the fuses & check/clean all the connections. Question 2 - is it an outboard or I/O? Best to post a new thread in the proper forum based on which one you have.

I forgot to say i've done the whole follow wire and notihng =(

jump the switch, possible bad connections, or bad switches. they do get corroded.
