im in the process of replacing my flybridge shifter cables and cant get the upper station to work in sync with the lower station.the cables that run from the upper to the lower station are the ones being replaced.the lower shifters work fine but cant get the upper to move 
the lower far enough to engage. If i adjust them i cant keep the upper station in nuetral. This cant be this hard but im having alot of problems and driving myself crazy.It also seems that i have to take everything apart to make adjustments is this normal ??? any tips or tricks that can make this a little easier
