u joint cross reference

I have a sierra u joint part # 18-2104 that is an aftermarket part for a volvo # 897707-6 or 853255-8. I know I can order another sierra part for about 40 dollars but I was hoping to find one at my local parts store and get the boat back together today. Wouldn't hurt any to save some money either but I want to be sure I get the equivalent part. Thanks
