U-joints on pre alpha

removed spyder joints today and found them to be somewhat worn. the journals on both u-joints had impressions of the needle bearings worn into them on the torc side of them. gonna get some rockwell joints to replace unless you folks have a better idea... all help is welcomed///////

When you called them Rockwells......<br />I Just Assumed You Know Enough to go to an Industrial Supply to get them....<br />Or NAPA<br />Or........<br /><br />Not Mercruiser brand at a Marina......

Bondo, No i didn't know that. I am a little slow, the years and beers are getting to me i guess. didn't even think about getting them at napa. I already ordered them from aftermarket marine. probably did spend way too much... next time I will check with you first......thanks for the info.....

I got my new u-joints 2 days after I called them in. not bad. Just installed them with a large C-clamp. worked great.........pressed the caps on quite well. guess the water pump is the next project... any info is appriciated...........thanks
