I think he's dead. The tape only shows him walking around with somebody else's voice-over.<br /><br />There hasn't been a tape of him actually speaking since the "dinner party" tape that is over a year and a half old.<br /><br />All Al-Quida comminiques lack the verbal stylings of Bin Laden.<br /><br />Doesn't make al-quida any less of a threat.
