Unbalanced exhaust cooling temperature...normal or not?

Problem solved!

During a test run of my engine, one riser was staying much cooler to the touch than the other, and I thought I had an exhaust cooling system malfunction. Turns out I simply wasn't forcing water into the system fast enough for the starboard riser to get a strong flow of cold water.

I am the proud (but broke) owner of new manifolds and risers, and for anyone who is going to do exhaust replacement, I DEFINITELY recommend using the OEM Quicksilver metallic riser gaskets, and new hardware!

Here is a short video of my beast of burden. (Post cooling problem of course!)
