Uniden Solara / Oceanus Flush kit dimensions?

Does anyone know the outside dimensions of a Uniden FMB322W flush mount kit, for Solara and Ocenaus VHF radios? I'm installing an Solara in my boat and want to use the flush kit where a AM/FM radio normally goes, but not sure if it will fit, too big or too small.

I wasn't able to find any good info on the internet, Amazon said 8x5x3,, but that doesn't seem right...
