Unknown outboard

This motor is A sea king but cannot tell if it is a Chrysler or a West bend the model # is vwb27909A, Which indicates a west bend But Does not Show Up anywhere in any of my repair manuels, also it looks the same as a chrysler. can anyone tell me what year this motor is and where I might find a prop for it? have gone through motor believe it has incorrect prop.
