Unsafe wise back to back seats

I JUST INSTALLED A PAIR OF WISE SEATS THAT FOLD DOWN TO MAKE A "LOUNGE". THEY COME WITH NO INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS, CARBON STEEL STAPLES AND HARDWARE.
THE UNSAFE FEATURE IS THAT THEY ROLL SIDE TO SIDE!!! IN THE "LOUNGE POSITION THE FOOT END ROTATES 60 DEGREES SIDE TO SIDE"!!!
WHEN CONTACTING WISE CUSTOMER SERVICE--WAS TOLD SEATS WERE SAFE WHEN USED AS INTENDED????
ANYONE KNOW HOW TO SECURELY FASTEN THE SEATS TO THE BASE?

First - Don't yell at us about your problem. Second, when you talked with Wise did you ask for installation help or instructions. And third, how about some pics to show what's going on.
