ok.. I am HAPPY to report boat has run great for the first time this year. Had engine put back in time, new water impeller, starter alternator and battery. a lot of time and of course $$ went into her to get her running the best since I have owned her.

My question is this. Before all problems 180 deg. was normal temp reading. now it runs a little warmer about 190 to 200deg. should I be concerned or is that normal temperature?

Yes be concerned. You shouldn't see over 170-175? on a raw water cooled engine under load.

First thing to do is get an IR temp gun and verify the engine is actually running at the temp the gauge is showing. Test right next to the sending unit with the temp gun.
