Well the outdrive is in... found out that the bell crank mechanism popped out of position and that is what kept me from getting the outdrive on... lesson learned. Also it seems that the factory had to shim one of the boat mounted engine mounts which makes one longer thatn the other, causing even more installation problems. well it is on now YEA!!!!
