Upper unit pressure test

Ok so I took my gen 1 alpha one apart and pressure tested the lower unit and it held great but once I got to my upper unit it failed around the yoke/driveshaft housing. I replaced both oil seals and tested it again but it's still leaking just not as bad.
What is the next step I should take?

How was the seal surfaces on the shaft?

I just did mine and had to replace the yoke. The seal is only as good as the sealing surface
