URGENT HELP...manual release valve removal?

manual release on the tilt/trim is mangled to death.

its a standard 90's yamaha power tilt/trim setup on a 175hp 2-stroke.

how the hell does it come out?? we've had the setup on a bench vise with it soaking in pb blaster all week. it wont budge.

gotta get it out so we can replace it.

please help guys.

myself?
long before I mangle it I use a hand impact driver and oxygen/acytlyene.
they can be tough but they can be gotten out.
thats why at 5'11" and 140 pounds they call me a special scarecrow.
I aint scared of fire.
