US Marine L-drive Main Relay Access / Replacement

Hi.
i'm trying to replace the main relay on a US Marine L-drive. The bracket holding the electrical stuff including the main circuit breakers and main relay looks like it is held by two clamps. I removed the front clamp bolt and water started flowing in. I freaked out and reinstalled the bolt.
How do I access the bracket holding the electrical components so I can replace the main relay?
Is another forum more appropriate

Need a HP? year? model? serial# (if possible)
Pics really help on something like this.

Relay? for what?

The older models had a circuit breaker and a rectifier??
The newer had Mercury ignition

1992, 120 hp. I don't have model or serial.
This is the bracket with the relay being item #22, starter relay, sometimes called the starter solenoid.

How do I get the bracket, item #1 free to change out the starter relay?

If you put a link with a competitors name in it, it won't usually open.

I see the bracket but don't know how it's setup.

I guess just start taking it apart???
