Can I use GM after market rotor and distributor cap in Mercruiser 5.0L MPI 2007? The picture on Amazon apears to be the same parts for a fraction of the cost.
You want to be careful with cross referencing the cap. It would need to be spark protected. A little research may yield the GM or source part number, which should save you some $$.
See if you can find a number on the existing cap and rotor. That may cross to the maker of those parts.
