BAD idea, sandbass.

Any oil not rated TC-W3 should be avoided.

Please don't post all caps. It is viewed as SHOUTING and is hard to read.

Any oil not NMMA certified as TCW3 qualified=BAD. That simple. We don't own a refinery to explain the difference. In the short haul it prolly hurt nothing.

Now go and sin no more against the Cods.

-W

That attitude isn't going to get you much help here, sandbass.

If you are going to insult the helpers there won't be any.

In the long term you will probably trash your engine. Quality is not the issue. Suitability for the application is the issue.

Short term? Well, we don't know how long you used it. You might have gotten away scott free. . .and maybe not.
