I am having problems locating belts for my 50FL PHUE. My alternator belt shredded so I only have the part with out the number on it. My local dealer is not helping my out much and I've searched a good bit with no luck any help would be my appreciated

Go to volvopentastore.com if youre in the us

Or

Wrap a tape measure or your wifes sewing tape around and measure length. Then measure width. Then when your done, take the info to napa

V-belts are listed by width and pitch length

thanks, Volvo penta store has no listing on belt. If I find one at napa I will post part number here.

well I guess I was not looking at site correctly , I looked under mainentance with picture of belt and it showed nothing, lol. But the Gates number is XL 7405 and there is 2 different options for this engine

also item #22 is a cap to drain manifold, Someone connected a hose to the other manifold, I noticed it because it just didn't look right ? Do you guys think it will be ok or should I cap them off ? I just bought boat a month ago and this is my first boat, by the way and am new to boating but have been in automotive repair for 20 years now.
