can any one give me a starting point. pulled boat out of water yesterday and while putting transom brace on, i felt what i think was an electrical current on my hand. i then turned off all fuses and switches and the current was still there. i then disconnected the trailer lights ,still there.. i also noticed that the current was on the dash. the only thing that i have not disconnected was the battery on the motor. motor is a 2008 v150tlr. when i got home i did not feel the currrent any more. will this drain my battery? help!
