v4 powerheads and parts interchangeable?

Got a 1987 88hp Evinrude and I'm looking at a Fish&Ski w/a questionable 1991 90hp Johnson. Are the powerheads and lower units interchangeable? I will want to retain the T&T on the 90hp, as my 88hp doesn't have it.

Lower unit, and T&T are completely interchangable. Please verify the year of the 1991, as there WAS no 1991, only a 1990 (ES) sold in both 1990 & 1991. In 1992, a lot of stuff changed. I THINK the powerheads interchange, but not positive.
