V6 aq205 running on 4 cylinders

I have a 1988 v6 its starts and runs but only on 4 cylinders. As you look towards the engine the 1st on the left and the 2nd on the right are not working. Have tested compression seems ok power to plugs ok however on taking the plugs out they seem very carbonised. Don't know where to go from here

Compression??? Seems ok???
What #s ??? Really need a good comp reading.
Any water on the plugs?
If you have sparkon the other cylinders and comp is ok.
A motor that old could need new plug wires or a cap and rotor.
