Hey guys,
Was putting around the river Saturday. And my motor shut down on me. Was difficult to get fired back up but finally limped it back to the bank. Thought surely I lost a cylinder. Good even compression when I got it home. No spark on 2,4,and6.

I'm pretty positive its a dead power pack, I have several spares, but how do I go about telling which one is the culprit? I've heard something about the opposite pack controlling the opposite bank or something along those lines.

Can I disconnect the coil wires going to the pack until I find the one that doesn't take away the spark on the good bank and replace that one?

As always. Appreciate everything guys

Possible stator...swap the red and blue wires to opposite pack and if problem follows it a stator

Ill swap them around tomorrow. Red with a white stripe and blue with a white stripe correct? If it doesn't follow. Any way to rule it down to one pack fazt?

You could check each coil with a muti meter to see witch one is dead if any I just had to do that on my 150 black max #6 was dead

Swapped the wires like fazt mentioned. Ruled out the stator. Put a different pack on and she started firing on all 6. She's ready to get back in the water and haul ass.

A little off topic. But I went ahead and snugged up the water Jacky bolts.... Again.... Second time in about 2 months. They're not finger tight but they were definitely backed out 1/2-3/4 turn. Is this normal? Rough watwr, vibrations, etc?
Thanks guys appreciate the help.....
