Value of a 1997 evinrude 30hp remote

I am thinking of selling my 1997 evinrude 30hp electric start remote outboard. What is the ball park value these motors go for. It is in great condition!

i sold a 2000 johnson 25hp triple, ....didnt even have a gallon on injection oil run through it, with controls, and steering wheel/cable, for $1500, maybe it was too cheap....had people wanting to come get at 11 pm.
edit.....might have been a 1999....cant be sure.

Wow! those motors must be scarce in your area. People wanting to come at 11pm is crazy.

Depends on where you live. I would say anywhere from $900-$1500.

I am in NJ- there are a lot of lakes with 10hp limit

I bought a 1997 Evinrude 25 hp triple in good condition, it does not have electric start. I gave $1200.00 for the motor, 14ft v bottom boat and trailer.
