You might find a Chrysler/Force equivalent for the impeller, as West Bend was the originator of that line. A good Merc dealer might be able to help...
As for value of the motor - if it runs and you use it, then it has value to you. That value is whatever you would be willing to pay for a similar motor of similar reliability. That value is probably entirely different from that which someone else may be willing to actually pay you to purchase the motor. They're not rare, so I wouldn't expect to be padding your retirement fund too much. Parts take some digging to find, but they are out there. That would discourage most people who are just looking for a kicker motor. They are decent little motors and run well when tuned up properly, but mainenance is a must (as with any motor). Therefore the onle folks likely to want it are those with the desire to do their own work, do the leg work to find anything it may need, and willing to put up with the idiosyncracies that come with running a 50-year old motor.
That said, they go unsold at $100 at swap meets. $25 to $50 is typical, running or not. Only a truly mint example would bring more than that...
