i am replacing the floor tomorrow and what i am asking is how well do i sand the wood and floor before its ready for me to lay the fiberglass and resin down.?

hope you see this before you lay it.....

the floor needs to be scuffed, so a relitively light sanding will do. you want the matt to have a good adheasion to the wood.......vaccume the wood thorughly before you apply the resin.......and dont forget to do the whole thing....the underside...the edges......totally encapsulate the wood
