Variable pitch prop

I bought a 94 With a alpha one that has a variable pitch prop on it. It seems to be great, but is starting to loose the rubber bushing around each blade, can I rebuild? I have not seen any of these for sale. I would assume they are very expensive. Any input?

Is that a Torque Shift prop that shifts from low to high as you accelerate
or a one you can adjust the pitch.I think there are a number of adjustable props. whether parts are available.There may be info under the prop nut.
The Torque Shift is no longer in production.You might try a search on the net.

It is a torque shift. I think It works great, I can feel the change when it gets up to speed, can't understand why someone doesn't make them.

Great concept, I wonder how efficient they are, if youd get the same top end? would love to try one - too bad, anyway, looks like there are parts here.
