variable pitch

ok so here is a shot in the dark does any one make a prop based on a snowmobile clutch type, hole shot at low rpms and then ramps up for a less agressive pitch /better milage/lower rpms. works on a centrificul force.
inquiring (sp?) minds want to know.

I believe Aerostar Marine is still around and still selling them. Maybe next year I'll be able to get one.
Also, there are lots of patents for such props. Go to google.com/patents and search for 'variable pitch' and see what comes up.
