vent screw screwup

ive got a 1979 mercury 7.5 hp. i was changing the lower unit oil, had set the little vent screw down and a little later, it got swept away by my wife. i learned quick not to leave parts lying on the ground. anyhow, its the little top vent screw not the bigger drain screw at the bottom. i know its a long shot but does anybody know what size or anything about that screw(metric or standard) about the only thing i know about it is that its stainless steel.

most are 3/8 x 16 with only 5 threads ss.. make shure you have a gasket to seal it off. water is your biggest headach.

The part#'s you need should be 10-28653 for the screw and 19643 for the washer
