vented props and trolling

just a quick thought, how would a vented prop effect trolling. My Johnsuki trolls down to a nice even 2mph but would slower speeds be possible with a vented prop? or is this a bad idea?

Shouldn't bother it. The exhaust has to get out somewhere so why not let a little escape through the vents.
