Ventilation Question

Hi,

I have an 89 Sea Swirl Sierra Classic w/5.8L I currently have a 15x15 prop on it right now which is great for pulling people but when you pull a tight corner it tends to ventilate easily... I would like to drop the pitch a bit and go with a 4 blade.. Would it make any difference or is it just the design of the boat causing this?

We need the details on the boat and prop if possible. Has anything been added to the boat that might disturb the water near the prop?A 15 X15 sure seems like a mighty small prop for that motor unless the boat is a real beast.Yes a 4 blade would resist venting better.
