Vessel view on 40hp

Does anyone have a picture of the vessel view module installed on a 40 hp? I have a brand new outboard, and I'm just trying to see how someone else mounted that module. I watched a couple vidros, but they were all bigger motors, and none of them have the same mounting areas as my motor.

But what vessel view do you mean ? The vessel view Mobile blue tooth one ? Or the network hard wired one ?
and are you sure it’s available for as small as a 40 ? If it is then it’s a very recent thing. Used to be over 75hp or maybe more only.

I have it and have used it for both my engines mercruiser and mercury mariner outboard. I can likely help you, but just asking which version you mean. Also need to know if you have the networking for it at dash or if you have the port on your engine for it. As far as I know it wasn’t able to be fitted to anything this small. A 40 wasn’t smart craft compatible previously. Maybe it is now ?

Mine has a port directly on the motor, and is connected bluetooth to my phone.

I didn't realize you could connect to the motor via bluetooth without the vesselview module?

EDIT Never mind, I just figured out that you have the module and it's connected to the motor already.
I don't think I was the only one mixed up!
