Vibrations after hitting a submerged log

I recently hit a submerged log with boating at about 25 - 30 mph. The damage to the prop was very minor. I remove the prop and had it repaired. I took it out this weekend and I have a very slight vibration before I plane. (running at 10 - 15 mph). Once I plane it runs smooth as glass. (Also runs smooth at very slow no wake speeds) Could this be a bad prop rebuild? I checked to oil and it is not milky. Could it still be a bent prop shaft? I hate to bring it to a boat shop to get ripped but it may be my only option.

if the prop shaft is bent enough to vibrate you'll be able to see it just by turning the prop by hand out of the water. Mine is out 60-something thousandths at the tip and it doesnt vibrate...

The vibration would bother me. Maybe try running a known good prop, if you can find one, and see if that changes anything. If that stops the vibrations, you know you have a prop issue.
Do you have a spare or backup prop to use? If not then..................

I don't have an extra prop Prob a good idea to have a backup. I think I'll go buy one before sending it to the shop to at least rule it out. Worst case is I'll have an extra.

Any idea what a shaft replacement would cost if I did need to replace it? (Volvo SX w/ 5.7)
