Viking 6 hp vs 9.2 hp 60's model

Hey I have a Viking 6 hp from the late 60's and the other day I saw a 9.2 hp that looked exactly the same as mine. I was wondering if it is the same motor with a different carb on it like some of the OMC 9.9 to 15 hp engines or a completely different motor. Anyone know?
