viking (chrysler) 9.6

Can anyone help me figure out this issue i am haveing?

model 94121

i thought i had a bad impeller but i took it apart and seen that the impeller is dam near new. also there is no gaskets other than the metal one in or around the impeller. am i missing the gaskets?

also i have 2 wholes on the left side of the motor if standing behind it. they seem to be pissing out water and there is not that much water coming out the back of the motor. Is this normal??

So you have some water coming out? Are you out on the water or just in a tank?

on the muffs there is very little water coming out the back and theres alot coming out of 2 holes on the left side at the tail fin.

and the back of the leg is getting really hot in and out of water.

i noticed today that the seal form teh powerhead to the leg is squished out at 3 mounting bolts. can this cause the impeller to not work properly?
