Vintage Johnson ??

Hi, any idea if I can swap cowl and tiller arm from a Johnson 1961 QD-QDL-22 to a Johnson 1960 QD-QDL-21? I appreciated any help

Both the cowling and the tiller will swap without any problems. The cowling's differences are purely cosmetic...
