Volvo 270 Tilt Motor

I am having issues with my tilt motor. First the motor works if I run power from the battery to the relays. All my fuses are good, so thats not the problem. Relays have power going in, but not coming out. Changed relays, same problem.

Questions are this.

1) Can I/Should I re-wire the title motor, by passing the cutoff switch?

2) Anyone else have this type of problems?

3) Motor only works with poer running thru the relay, if I wire the motor directly it will nto work. ( I am thinking it needs the relays to tell the motor which way to spin.

Have you checked the grounds?
Just like a battery, you take the ground cable off, your engine won't work.
