Is there any oil leaking anywhere? Is there oil in the pump? If either of the rams are leaking internally that could also be the cause. If it is a ram problem you will have to buy new ones. I tried to disassemble one with no luck. Volvo does not show a breakdown. However if you do manage to take a ram apart the seals are generic and replaceable. If one of the hoses are leaking they can be copied at a shop that makes hydraulic hoses.
