Volvo 280 duo prop lock bolt seized

The bolt that locks the cone on the duo props has seized. I am actually turning the motor over while it is in gear trying to untighten it. Any ideas on how to loosen it? I am almost at the point of drilling it out.

Put a block of wood between the prop and drive. Shouldn't take too much torque. It's a 5/16 Bolt. You are turni,g it to the left, correct?

The bolt threads are probably galled.
