I bought this boat in 2 years ago Phoenix and have it in calgary evelevation 3500feet. My gauge doesnt move at all but after applying voltage it jumped half way up. With that all the hoses are cool to touch and exhaust water is barely warm after 30 minute of running. I dont know if it worked when I fisrt took it out but kind of OCD on things not working so it probably did hahaha. I had a complete tune up done so wires could have been knocked off. I ran it last summer with no issues but dont want to press my luck this year if I do get a heating problem. I cant find wiring diagrams for the gauge or diagrams for sensor locations. I found a sensor on the therm housing which has two wires so is this a switch or gauge sensor/sendor. I played with wires on this one with no change to gauge. Before I say its not working(sender and or gauge) all the hoses are cool which concerns me its the thermostat. I also have some bogging on full throttle and runs a little rough. I will post that on another forum but maybe related to this. runs fine full out or at constant speed. So what I need help with is
-gauge wiring
-sensor/sender loctation for gauge
-advice where and what I should do for no heat
