Volvo 5.7 will not run past 13 MPH

I have a 2000 Volvo Penta Gxi and it would not get out on plane it would bog down . I changed the Fuel lines installed a new High and Low speed fuel pump and filter and it ran great for 2 weeks than started to do the same thing again . I checked the Fuel Pressure on the High speed pump and it shows 30 lbs all the time . Help

30 psi is way too low.

Suggest you start at the tank, then anti-siphon valve

I Changed everything at the tank new anti siphon valve all new lines filters etc .

Cut new fuel filer open and see if its full of crap.

might also want to pull your pumps again and see if the screens have sediment in them... this would cause pressure to drop.

The fact that everythig worked fine upon replacement and then had the same problem indicates the problem is most likely in the tank.

Ok I just changed all the lines . I also just installed a new High and low speed pump still getting 30 LBS on the High Speed Pump ????
