Volvo AD41 non marine equivalent

Hey all.
Does anyone know if there is a non marinaded version of the AD41, ie is the block used anywhere else that anyone knows of under a different name/title?
I know that many petrol engines are just marinised versions of common motors but can’t find anything anywhere for the AD.

It's a marine engine only that shares a few things with the construction mitors

Almost certain that the engine was built and designed by VP as a marine engine.
