Hi guys, normally I'm messing with Mercruiser stuff, but this is the very first volvo drive I've even looked at. The boat was stored for 2 years, with the drive up. On the first attempt to lower the drive, pushed the down button, motor whirled a bit, and finally the drive went down. Then it went back up. Back down, and got stuck down. Would not go back up. After lifting and messing with it, finally got it to go back up. Now it is stuck up again. If you hit the up button, you can feel it pushing against the boat. If you hit the down button, motor whirls and that is about all it does. Any ideas? Unsure of the model/make, so I am including photos.
