My engine: Volvo Penta 1997 7.4GIPLKDCE (v8). Interested in replacing the exhaust bellow with an exhaust tube.

There are many posts on this. But I cannot find any reference to part numbers or suppliers.

Can someone give me the OEM p/n for the exhaust bellow and also an (after market) p/n or supplier of an exhaust tube?

I donno if Volvo uses a tube, or not...

That is because all those other posts have been on Mercruiser drives you have a Volvo.
Why do you want the tube?

Something about reduced back pressure and less prone to breaking - mine is ripped in half. I'll take your recommendation ... If V-P OEM bellow, what is p/n? Having a bear finding it ...

While searching for the parts bulletin, I did run accross this parts chart that does show an exhaust tube. HOWEVER, it's not for the same type of transom shield you have. Will it work? I have no idea.
