1984 Bayliner trophy vibration at idle turning in both directions I replaced transom mount transom bearing 3 seasons ago ive had it out 4 times since

Did you remove the engine and replace both bearings and the universal joints ? If the bellows is leaking then you will have to do the job again.

I didn't replace the universal joint the last owner said he did it the year prior ,and it look clean could this be a alignment problem?

An easy way to check the alinment is to use the diameter of a common pencil eraser and try to insert it into the gap between the conical retaining ring and the transom shield at several places.
