Volvo Penta 4.3 GL Turning and speeding up issues.

During the winter and most of this spring and summer I have been working on my mothers boat for her, finally got it back into the water a few weeks ago. to come up with a new issue I am trying to solve. and looking for help. When I first start out the boat seems to have a vibration, and when I turn the boat it gets a real bad vibration. over the winter I replaced the gimbal barring's and the u-joints, I ready that this could be the issue, unsure why new ones would do this. looking for help. thanks
