Hey all: New to inboard engines. and I picked up a sweet cavalier, 2005 187. it's been raining here in Texas for a fricking month were flooded out so I haven't had much time with her. but she seems a little cold natured.
Wondering if this is normal ? I did take it on a test drive b4 purchase. when 1st starting out from dock. Ide obey the no wake zone then punch it. and she would hesitate a bit then get it together, and go.
Again I'm assuming because of being cold.
The last owner said he had it serviced. But not sure if this means a tune up ? I"m assuming again. an thinking that means fluid's " forgot to ask "

Thanks

Sounds like accelerator pump may need cleaning or the pump skirt needs replaced. Your not getting enough fuel pushed in when you throttle up
