Volvo Penta 4.3 Harmonic Balancer needed....Please Help!!!!

I read on here in an old thread...(sorry for having replied to it)...
That a 96 Chevy has a Harmonic Balancer that fits a Volvo Penta 5.7.

Is there a conversion table some where so I can find the Chevy Model 96 that will fit my 4.3?
Also is ther a set of instructions on the site so I can follw and replace myself?

What diameter is yer harmonic balancer,..??
