When I turn the key on the first pump does not but the second one down line does. The second one buzzes and the first one does not which makes me believe it may be the pumP.
The diodes have nothing to do with it if the relays click. One pump runs, since they are both powered by the same relay you know the relay works, so the problem is in the wiring from the relay to that pump, the connector, or the pump itself.
I have a 5.0gipwtr. I get 12 volts at the plug to the fuel pump but when I put 12 volts on the fuel pump via a battery. I get nothing. Does that mean I need a new fuel

So fuel pump sounds like its workin know I just replaced starter cause I thought it was bad and now same issue won't start. Ohm out the ignition switch and it's is good. What do I check next?
