I have a Volvo 5.0 GL-D. On the engine, the distributor cap is directly above the hole for the oil sending unit. So, Volvo installed these....adapters that extend the Oil sending unit so that it is out of the way of the distributor cap.
I was trying to remove the oil sending unit and I broke the adapter. I can't find them on any engine diagrams.
Anyone know the Part Number or what they are called and where I can buy it? Are they just generic adapters?
